By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SATA VPN mobile application ("App") and related services ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SATA VPN.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

SATA VPN is a mobile virtual private network (VPN) application that provides secure, encrypted internet connectivity for iOS and Android devices. Our Service includes:

• Encrypted Internet Connection: AES-256 encryption to protect your data transmission
• IP Address Masking: Hide your real IP address and location
• Server Network: Access to VPN servers in multiple countries (subject to geographic restrictions)
• Kill Switch: Automatic connection termination if VPN disconnects
• No-Logs Policy: We do not track, monitor, or store your online activities
• Unlimited Bandwidth: No data caps or speed throttling (subject to fair use)
• Multi-Device Support: Use on multiple devices with one account

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service at all times.

3. Geographic Restrictions

IMPORTANT: SATA VPN does not provide services in the following countries:

• China (People's Republic of China): Our Service is not available in China due to local regulations and restrictions on VPN services.
• Russia (Russian Federation): Our Service is not available in Russia due to local regulations and restrictions on VPN services.

If you are located in, or attempt to access the Service from, China or Russia, your access will be blocked and your account may be terminated without refund.

Additionally, certain server locations may be unavailable in specific countries due to local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Service in any jurisdiction where providing such services would violate local laws.

4. User Obligations

By using SATA VPN, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Keep the App updated to the latest version available
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using SATA VPN to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access, transmit, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in hacking, unauthorized access, or any form of cybercrime
• Transmit spam, phishing emails, or fraudulent communications
• Violate intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement or piracy
• Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Engage in activities that harm, threaten, or harass others

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription and payment terms:

• Subscription Plans: We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payment Methods: Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not directly process payments.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price increase.
• Taxes: Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for any additional taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

7. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with SATA VPN within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted through:

• iOS users: Apple App Store refund process
• Android users: Google Play Store refund process

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and app store policies.

Exceptions: After the 30-day period, refunds are only provided in cases of service unavailability, technical issues preventing service use, or as required by law. Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• 100% uptime or availability
• Access to all server locations at all times
• Compatibility with all devices or network configurations

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the SATA VPN App, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and documentation, are owned by SATA VPN or our licensors. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SATA VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or other damages
• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free
• You acknowledge that VPN services may not provide 100% security and use the Service at your own risk
• We are not liable for any actions taken by third parties, including governments or ISPs

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by:

• Cancelling through your App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) subscription settings
• Contacting us at support@satavpn.com

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities
• You are located in or accessing from a restricted country (China or Russia)
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or court order

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods after termination, except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. If arbitration is not permitted, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
